I believe in the power of creating shared value, by convening stakeholders around a shared agenda. To achieve this, I find myself applying an ‘ecosystem’ lens to problem-solving. This applies both internally within organisations, advising them on breaking down internal silos in terms of process and people to work in a collaborative, customer-centric manner. In broader terms, my mission is to transform cities into collaborative ecosystems connecting business with society to create inclusive growth, enabled by technology.

I am an independent consultant and believe in the power of networks, whereby I believe in collaboration over hierarchy.

Currently I am working with Virgin to support them identify new channels for growth, through designing internal innovation programs such as Platform X (Virgin Trains) and advising on identifying opportunities across the Virgin Ecosystem.
